Manufacturing and shipping


Some of our pieces available online are made-to-order. We will let you know once your piece is ready to be shipped to you. Please allow up to 10 working days.

If your piece is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 working days. 

All of our jewellery is hand-made in our workshop in Wellington, New Zealand.

Custom-made, repairs and restorations

Lead times is generally around six week however this will be discussed with you prior to your acceptance of our quote. 


We offer free shipping on all online orders throughout New Zealand. Your order will be tracked and you will receive an email with your tracking number on it, with a link to allow you to follow the delivery status of your item.  

Orders shipped to metro areas have a 2-3 working day delivery time after processing.

Orders shipped to rural areas have a 4 - 6 working day delivery time after processing.

Didn't get a tracking email? Please check your spam or promotion folder. If you don't have one, contact us so we can resend it. 

We use Courier Post to ship all orders.

PO Boxes

We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Deliveries to business address

If you are requesting delivery to a business address please include the business name on your order.

Peak periods (such as Christmas etc)

During peak periods such as Christmas, it is common for parcels to take longer to deliver.  It is advisable to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

For online orders, we recommend you order at least 6 weeks prior to Christmas. 

For custom-made jewellery, repairs and restorations, we recommend you order at least 12 weeks prior to Christmas. 

Do you live outside of New Zealand?

We're a small team, so we currently don't ship outside of New Zealand. This ensures we stay focused on delivering quality jewellery to Kiwis.
