A custom engagement ring doesn’t have to mean a big price tag. We’ll work with you to create something beautiful and personal that fits comfortably within your budget.

How long does it take to make an engagement ring?
The timeframe depends on your design and stone choice, but most rings take 4–6 weeks from final approval to completion. We’ll confirm your timeline during your consultation, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I use a diamond or gemstone I already have?
Absolutely! If you have a family stone or something meaningful you’d like to incorporate, we’re happy to work with it. We’ll inspect it to ensure it’s suitable for your design and securely set in the final ring.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?
Yes, we offer both lab-grown and natural diamonds, and we’ll walk you through the pros, cons and pricing so you can choose the option that suits your values, style, and budget.
What if I don’t know what kind of ring my partner will love?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Many people come to us unsure where to start. We’ll guide you through popular styles, ask the right questions, and help you feel confident in your choice.
If you’d rather propose first and design the final ring together later, we can help you select or create a simple proposal ring for that special moment. This can be purchased separately and used as a stand-in until the final design is ready.
Can I see or try on sample rings before deciding?
Yes. If you visit us in person at our Wellington studio, we’ll show you sample rings in different settings to help you visualise what’s possible. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure way to explore options.
Do I need to know their ring size before getting started?
Not at all. We can help you estimate the size and adjust it after the proposal if needed. It's a common part of the process, and nothing to stress about.
What happens if the ring doesn’t fit?
We offer complimentary resizing on all engagement rings within six months of purchase. If it’s not quite right after the proposal, just bring it in and we’ll make sure it fits perfectly.
Do you offer warranties or aftercare?
We stand by the quality of our work. All engagement rings come with a warranty that covers craftsmanship, and we offer complimentary cleaning and checks for up to 10 years to help keep your ring looking its best.
You’ve found me the perfect stone. How long do I have to decide?
Because we source each stone specifically for you, we can’t guarantee how long it will remain available. While there’s no pressure, we do recommend securing the stone as soon as possible if you love it, as it may be purchased by someone else. A deposit allows us to secure it and then move forward with your design at your pace.
I’m not in Wellington. Do you offer phone or video consultations?
Absolutely. We regularly work with customers from all over New Zealand. We’re happy to chat via phone or your preferred video platform, such as Zoom, to guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.
