Why can’t I purchase this ring online?
We don’t offer direct online purchasing for this ring because there are a number of choices that can affect both the final design and the price.
You can use this design as a starting point and customise it by selecting your preferred metal and stone, or you can work with us to create a completely bespoke ring from scratch. We will guide you through these options in person or via video consultation, so you can feel confident in your decision before we provide pricing.
Can I still use this design as a starting point?
Absolutely. This design is a base style that you can customise. You can adjust the diamond size, choose a different metal, or modify elements of the setting to suit your preferences and budget.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing varies depending on your final choices, including:

We offer both in studio and online consultations within New Zealand.
Whether you come into our central Wellington studio or meet with us virtually, the goal is the same. We guide you through your options and help you create the perfect ring. We’ll walk you through diamond sizes, quality, metal choices, and design details so you can make a confident, informed decision.
You can choose from our core range of timelessl designs or take things further with a fully bespoke option. Either way, we’ll tailor the details to suit your style and budget.
Can I choose my own diamond?
Yes. We source diamonds specifically for our customers, meaning you’re not limited to a fixed selection. We’ll help you choose a stone based on your preferences and budget.
How long does the process take?
Once your design is confirmed and your deposit is received, we begin crafting your ring to order.
Timeframes can vary depending on the design and selected materials, but are typically around 8 weeks. We’ll provide a clear timeframe during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to ensure you have dedicated time with one of our jewellers and to minimise any waiting.
Appointments are required for online consultations, and we offer a limited number of weekend appointments both virtually and in our central Wellington studio.
